Here is my precious lock! Is there a way to determine when it was made, from the serial number?
Looks like the last person that changed the combo didn't do a perfect job. None of the change key cam is perfectly aligned to its index. The two deeper are a few degrees too much clockwise and the first one is off a bit counterclockwise. Apparently the lock worked fine, but I'll double check once it's assembled again.

Now I need to make a stand for this beauty.

I have one with the same dial, but the lock that came with it is an ILCO.

It'll set on the shelf nicely, but also work well for a
