HHM

Recently acquired this Herring-Hall-Marvin for $40. I just did a quick cleaning and combo change. It came with the change key.

Re: HHM

Thats a nice find for $40 bucks.

Looks like its in great shape for its age.

I always loved the old SG logo in the dial..

Re: HHM

That's another great deal. Personally, I feel that many safes (w/ some exceptions of course) are worth around $50-$75. Maybe $100. Yet I see people all the time listing them for hundreds. Anyway, you've got a nice one there for a decent price.

Very nice breakdown with the photos for us too. Especially the 'relocker within a relocker' portion.

As to the keys on the inner cubby, I couldn't say. But, there's one near me and I know it had a key for the cubby. I'll stop by there sometime and have a look. If the key is original and has a number on it, I'll let ya know.

Re: HHM

Thanks, Sammy and Oldfast. I should have stated that it was the external relocker.
