i have seen their shrouded locks b4... jsut not a 5200 labled US...

Yep we have the blanks on the board (Master originals with a 17 stamped on it). And since I have an ILCO key blank book in front of me. It's also Ilco 1092H. You shouldn't have any problems getting blanks.

the bumb stop i picked in my vids has a similar keyway, that seemed to be the hardest part of opening that lock, less security pins than the standard 5200, the bump stop was military rated. The keys and keyway look very similar to this shrouded version, was just wondering if they added more securitirs, i.e a placement for a 6th pin etc.

the box says it has bump stop in it... but it can be bumped...

and i think the hardest part of this one is... th ebitting...

it's a master 17 key blank you can buy them online i got mine from a local supplyer

yes sir... this particular lock has master pins in it (not master pins but Masters pins) instead of the american serrated pins... this was a test batch for the gov... they will be fixed with the good pins soon...

It appears that the new 5200 just uses the m11 blank, same as my No.17 . I don't think there is anything special about these blanks. Hope this helps.

Not sure if I got one of your test batches or they just running with this, but this is what I found cut on the ground today. The new key way is a pain and I have yet to actually pick it, havn't spent a lot of time trying, but I snap picked it in two snaps, had one back home same thing exact same innards, i had thoughthat someone had just stuck a differnt cylindar in there. There's only 4 springs and the 5th slot is just the bumb stop which i think because it is no spring so no real feedback was causing me the headache when picking. I was suprised to see not one security pin either driver or key pin in this. The one I had at home though I swore was six pins. EDIT::: I found the fifth spring it had rolled under something so there are five springs.
