They sell habo locks here In Norway in some hardware stores
They are made by the swedish company habo(duh) http://www.habo.com/web/Cylindrar.aspx
They contains :assaspool: :spkeypin: :stddriver: afaik
I think they cost something like 40-70 bucks

There is nothing special about habo.
Habo group started almost one hundred years ago, they were purely a supplier. Today they are a partner that works actively with the widest range of hardware, strong marketing, attractive packaging, modern EDI solutions and high service.
Habo group its note specialized in locks production like Assa Abloy group.
I personal don't like habo because of the low tolerance.
If you try to compare habo and Assa, it will be something like comparing Kwikset to Schlage.
