Anyone know what it is?

My Grandfather gave me about 15 locks that he had been collecting, and I know what most of them are but I have never heard of this company before. Anyone have any information on them?

PS. According to lock history, the Russell & Erwin Mfg. Co. became the Russwin Lock Company.
