Well, I gotta really thank Logan here. He provided me with an email address of the company and I hit them up asking for some info on this padlock. They ended up telling me they haven't given this padlock out for 15 years and they first did it to spread awareness of their new product. They person I talked to asked for my address and said he was going to send me a "sample." I obliged and I got this today.
