help identify this lock

i just picked this one up amongst some other semi-old locks @ the fleamarket.. please help identify this lock.. thanks in advance..

looks like a Corbin RR lock to me....
great find!
its a beauty.
and because its stamped supply company,it may just be military...

it's a lod southern pacific rail road lock vary rare to find one of these

it is stamped SP so i think he is correct on the southern pacific railway company..
edit: now that its semi-identified can someone please help me find some more specific info on it?
2ndedit: after taking a look at all of the other railway locks im going to go with awol on this one..
3rdedit: i do remember the old man that i got it having a lot of old military stuff..
