Had a YouTube request to show how to remove the cylinder on a kwikset, so I thought I would cover the 4 most common locks I run into in the field.

Very very very nice video...It's always great to see professionals spreading the correct information instead of the "just do this...it kinda works" crap that is found all over the net...

Keep kickin ass!

Son of a gun...so that's how the weiser comes apart! Brings back memories...messed up lock + kwikset removal tool = sore palm.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge with everyone. I started out just wanting to open locks but I'm thinking that being a locksmith might be a great job for me. My question is .Is there a way to get the cylinder out without the special tool and not damage the lock? You showed the tool very well so ill just wait till I have time to make one. Anyways huge respect and thanks. .
