Turkey Day

Thursday I will cook/prepare our T-giving turkey with the use of an outdoor deep fryer. I have done this safely/successfully numerous times. Watch your television news Thursday night or Friday and see how many stories of deep frying turkeys went suddenly bad. Either house fires, burns, or other negative results from not doing the deep frying correctly. Without fail there will be a story of this happening. It would be an even better story if zero incidents occurred. Have a safe Thursday.

Happy, happy, happy.

I hope you all have some good meat and enjoy some family.

This time of year, I always remind Alison that gravy is not a beverage. lol
