What is that GWiens?

Looks like an MTL multi profile blank stuck on a Schlage bow, from China?

A fellow locksmith was in Colombia a while and bought this:

I did not mention this to GW and was quite surprised when he got the blanks!

Acrylic combination safe lock. Very see-through. Assembly required (unless you pay more).

Here is what it look assembled and in action.

I have to admit, that looks kinda interesting.

Will we get more pics once you've assembled it?

If you like. Hey, it would give you external shots and gut shots at the same time!

Wait.. a Schlage dimple lock? With pin-in-pin?
What have I missed now?

It is not pin-in-pin. But that would be cool if it was!

Still trying to get my hands on one of the Schlage dimple locks, but no luck so far.

But here is a Schlage from my collection...

Well, at least the mortise cylinder housing is Schlage. :D

Hey Mike, here are the pics:

Here is the lock as seen on the window sill from my dining room window. You can see the colors better.

And for size comparison, here it is on top of a mounted S&G 6730.

It's funny I was just taking my lunch in the parking lot of one of my customers in Southern AZ and looking at your post and thought that mountain in the background looked familiar.

And based on your picture, bet I can guess the customer. Roughly First Ave and Oracle, right? Not far from my home. :D

Ahh, the other branch.

Thanks on the mount. Made it from a dead white oak from the property we used to own and some lexan. That is the first safe lock I manipulated.

Thanks for the photos. I see a some slight variations from a usual lock
(which isn't the point here anyway), but all-in-all, it's fairly accurate.
Great conversation piece and/or tool to begin explaining/teaching someone.

I like it.
