after four months of waiting,and having received nothing, neither my item OR a refund,i must say i am EXTREMELY dissatisfied,and I will NEVER order from DealExtreme again,also i will not send anyone here either. all in all,an unpleasant experience best avoided.

i ended up going somewhere else,paid less,and got my pick in four days.
(the way it should be,especially for a gargantuan company that has a contract with the post office.)

Ive order from them, couple of locksmith items and other gadgets
To be honest i wish i didnt , i wasted 50quid on crap, ohh and took around 3months to deliver :roll:

wasnt happy :evil:

just my response to DX,after they asked me to rate how i liked my DX experience.
sorry if that was a little unclear...
its DX that i wont send anyone to..
rather i will direct them to this post. =)

I have STILL received nothing.
( i ordered in January .... May 12,2009,& still being screwed dry.)
i assume the tool is smashed to bits from all the shipping and returning,and they dont want it back,and are therefore trying to accumulate and deduct shipping cost,negating my payment.

you wanna go postal lol the irony in that staement makes me laugh, as the post office is your pain in the ass along with deal extreme. i have ordered from them twice each for the $6 pick set to get friends started, and each time they left a tension tool out lol it was really annoying, and all the picks were bent, but they were easily bent back
