Item not shipped from security snobs

I ordered a medeco biaxial mortise cylinder from security snobs about 3 weeks ago and i haven't even gotten an email saying that it shipped yet. I heard they had some power outages and problems but shouldn't that be fixed by now?

Phone them up and ask what is going on. Stay polite and courteous and you will get things done.

i tried to contact them, i emailed them and didn't get a response. I didn't think of calling but that was probably because my home line got cut off and that's the main phone i use. my cell phone is well......old enough to be in a museum and stays unused. thanks for reminding me though, i'll give them a call tomorrow since it too late tonight and see what's up
