How to make an Ingersoll key?

I need some hints/help, I've recently managed to pick open an Ingersoll padlock, with the ingersoll core, that I've found in the gutter a while back while visiting UK. Since there was no key, now being open I'd like to make one (before I try to lock it again and play with it ).
I have managed to obtain one blank that fits but the question is how exactly do I measure the cuts?
Is there a chart somewhere on how to measure the gates of the levers so that I can translate that to the key? (unfortunately I've no room for error on the key blank as I do have only one and I don't think I'll visit the UK anytime soon to get more)
Any hints are appreciated
thanks
