Long time no see man, how is it going?

I should have fixed the youtube imbed for you, it can be wonky sometimes, and you can't link photobucket pics any more unless you pay them $00 a year so most of us use imgur.com now or upload them right to the site.

Were these the ones that were in the big lot on ebay for cheap a year or 2 back? I am not sure if anybody has been able to get keys, I thought that it was a restricted keyway.

You would likely have better luck asking on an EU forum.

I see an interesting pins selection in that padlock. Lucky you, there are many master wafers, otherwise a "rusted" picker would have struggled quite a bit to open it.

Welcome back :)

Is this the same keyway? If not can you send a clear pic of the keyway? I might be able to since I made one for my oval.

Re: Help- Does anyone have capability to make trioving key

My keyway the top bends other way looks like, any suggestions for reassembly when if i get key made? Do the plugs on the side push all the way thru and are they reusable? Or do i have to pin from inside and use like the Peterson topload kit

Re: Help- Does anyone have capability to make trioving key

Here is a better keyway pic, what would be cool is to find someone with a mill and have this turned into a cutaway and on each one of the stacks drill and tap them with set screws to add to the fun so you could easily change pins out to make it more fun anyone with ideas for keys and or experience making a cutaway let me know just a few thoughts running in my head

Re: Help- Does anyone have capability to make trioving key

Fixed your video link. Remove the S from the HTTPS and use the full youtube link instead of the shortened one.

Anarchy_won has a mill and makes cutaways but it usually takes times.

One way to reassemble it if possible is to get a thin piece of metal that fits into the bottom of the keyway. You then form it into a clip t hat bends up along the bottom of the lock and again to go along the side. This will be used to hold all the top pins into place. Then you slide in the plug upside down then turn it while slipping off the metal clip. Then you pull out the clip and reinstall the bit that holds the plug into place.

Re: Help- Does anyone have capability to make trioving key

MrPharmer,
that is a restricted keyway. You will have trouble getting a key made, or obtaining a blank.

On the positive side,- yes the code on THIS padlock can be used to ID blank/cuts. However, you need to track down the locksmith that has the licence for your particular code.

Had it been the standard(508) profile, I could have sent you blanks straight away.

Sorry I couldn't help more, but good lock-luck! :salute:

Rgds,
Ed
