Stunning work. Absolutely stunning !!!!

Question re: the Titalium lock.

How did the "hardness" compare to brass. Do they seem as strong as the name suggests. I know they are not titanium but an aluminum alloy but am interested in just how hard they are.

Keep up the good work. :hbg:

Cuts like butter Neilau!! Its significantly softer than actual "Aerospace" grade aluminum or in fact any 7000 series stuff... all marketing BS if you ask me. I imagine its more brittle than Brass but don't wanna find out with these ones.

The Chrome plating is freaking hard though... it puts a nice score line in all the flutes of the end mill at the height you cut into it :)

I knew it... Great to have it finally confirmed though, well done L0ckcr4ck3r.

Another immaculate cutaway. Mechanically, if that's the word, it's a good lock. Well worth the money.

These ABUS locks and much of the other German stuff coming up is available but its through Adrian Weber. I have agreed to design and cut the locks for him and in return he will supply the locks directly and buy them in batches. It really helps with cash flow for me and he is able to get some more interesting stuff. I'll still be signing each one and i'll keep a stock here in the US to keep shipping costs down to minimum for you guys. Please feel free to email Adrian and get your name down for one of them.... the more inquiries he gets.. the faster he'll send me more locks :)
