It really helps with cash flow for me and he is able to get some more interesting stuff. I'll still be signing each one and i'll keep a stock here in the US to keep shipping costs down to minimum for you guys. Please feel free to email Adrian and get your name down for one of them.... the more inquiries he gets.. the faster he'll send me more locks :)

Probably in the new year spuds, to much to do before christmas. I think the next one will be the Pfaffenheim Y14 Deltus although i'm trying to talk him into buying a bunch of DOM diamants before they become hard to get hold of.

So i have about 4 different emhart cutaways, including a factory. The thing i like about lockcracker's version is that it shows so much more of the key interacting with the pins than the rest of them do and that it is so wide open. i will post a pic in my collection thread of all of them together so you all can see the differences. ;)

Thanks again!

Been thinking how to cut this one for about a year... finished it today!

Please PM if you would like one of these.. I'm gunna run a small batch in 2 or 3 weeks time. Have to crowd fund it though, these padlocks cost too much for me to bankroll!

Mul-T-Lock G55 Protector with MT5+ core...

Start by cutting outer pin stacks and adding a tiny alignment slot on the back, keeps all the windows lined up but still lets the stacks move up and down....

next cuts, core and housing...

Padlock Body....

Reassemble the core and housing, 0.8mm x 3.2mm dowel pins added to stop outer pin stacks rotating... about 1/4 the size of an inner key pin!!!

Job Done!!!
Rear window shows the padlock mech and 10 main pin stacks

Front window shows how the 5 sliders and the "Alpha Pin" work...

his stuff works smoothly and beautifully, and nothing falls out. Have a fair number of his cutaways.
