Abloy padlocks

Abloy padlocks

I bought a lot of 5 old abloy padlocks. I would like to make a cut away. Is there anyone who has done this with an Abloy? Any tips were to cut/ mill?
Help is welcome and better are pictures!

Quick answer: Pretty much very difficult as you can't disassembe those relicks.

Long answer: sacrifice one.

Just out of interest, in which country you find these in those quantities? Those are not very common here, only seen a handful.

I bought them in te Netherlands but there is a change they came from Belgium. The seller told me that her father bought them in Belgium she tought.....

They can be disassembled just like everything that's been made by humans can be. I personally don't know exactly how to disassemble these models but there will more likely be one or more hidden pins you'll need to drill out.

If you're machining them assembled you'll have to finish by hand so you don't destroy the discs.

I don't have a problem at all with the link. The image loads quickly and it does not require any javascript.

No it doesnt load for me either, glad it got disassembled as I said everything can be.
