Pmaxey83's Locks in the wild.

So here's a couple of my locks in the wild. I'll post more as I see them, but they technically are in the wild.

Image
One's on the gate to yard at work.

Image
One on my shop door. I found this in old stock.

Nothing high sec. but they keep doors closed.

Re: Pmaxey83's Locks in the wild.

the local public storage unit uses the chateau lock... but instead of the padlock, its more of a plug.... i can pick the lock using only a pick no tension tool.(and im not that good) just stick it in, shake the pick and pop unlocked.

.... does anyone know what keyblank the chateau locks use??

Yeah Chateau makes garbage, but they're cheap. C970 has spools i think from the false sets it gives,(who knows maybe it's the tolerances lol) but i'm not worried about people picking locks here.

I'm more worried about this :p

Luckily the door is in my yard so they really have to make some noise to get in. A lot of storage places give out these locks as a courtesy to tenants, just in case they forgot a lock and they're in the middle of a move, they don't have to go out and buy a lock.

Great stuff bud. I too have been snapping pics of locks I see but realized its tooooo many locks. In NYC each block has anywhere from 20-50 locks so walking down the stress fills up your memory stick quick lol
