Picks I made.

Now this is what I call pick making skills (bull)
Sorry, nearly laughed myself to death there!!!

The Peterson Long Reach rip off I did today.
The straight knife one is for by passing locks.
The double diamond, don't ask, useless...

I've tried to make a BOGOTA, 3 times now and to tell ya the truth, for me, I'm finding it damn hard.
Getting there but damn, people.

The first was ok/ish but snaped.
The second wasn't as good and also snaped.
The third came out so bad I chucked it in the bin!!!

If I successfully make one I will print it on the forum.

Thanx for looking.
More to come, hopefully.
Much love...

Nice! I especially like the Peterson look alike. The double diamond will be useful in raking wafer locks.

Re: Picks I made.

Thanx for the words, peeps – all two of ya. <coughs>

Yeah the long reach rip, I’m well proud of, actually. <smug grin>
Took my time with that and even managed to get the small ball type part on the end.
Also, it’s a really nice pick to use - the feedback is great and it feels rock solid...
I’d really recommend it to everyone...

BUT knowing what I know now,
I’d make one that had less of an acute angle,
in between the shape you see here and dead flat.
If fact, that’s what I’m gonna do.
Also thinking of putting a “V” in the top,
just to see if I can "feel-up" them pins in a more desirable way...
Just an idea you know.
