american style keyways .the handle is angled,and the blade is pitched,and serrated.

nice job on that ray :shock:
i might just try to make one of those... ive been using a small quarter twist wrench that fits the top of any lock... i will take pics & post asap...

but i like your idea better ;)

yeah, i see your blade is pitched, you cant really see the angle in my pics, but mine is also pitched to the right to about 1 o'clock.

i also made an extra wide wrench that doesnt bind at the bottom of the keyway....

If it's not too much trouble, could you guys post some dimensions as to where you are making the twists and bends - or should I just eyeball it? :roll:

i would just eye it...have an american 1105 handy for reference,& cut the "L" down until it sits about 1mm into the keyway.
(this will prevent binding up the #1 pin with the tip of your tension tool.)

haha, you should have seen me, i knew him form his first video and we became great friends and that whole time i never knew he was on EZ as awol. and i talked to him loadsa times on there, it was only like a year on EZ i found out it was acctually him :)
