well im not ray so i cant know for sure, but i do believe he just used a windshield wiper insert to make it... :)

the serrations help it from slipping out of the keyway. it really sucks when youve been picking a lock for like 10 minutes and then your wrench slips out resetting everything making you start over :(

i made it from a wiper insert,and the blade is serrated to add a bit of extra grip @ the top of the keyway..stainless being very hard,and brass being very soft,the serrations very effecively "bite"
into the brass lessening the chances of slipping,.
works like a charm.
