Glorious to see, hux. I remember the days when you were planning the set up, dealing with damp, and planning on dragging that bugger of a lathe down there.

Hux' just watched the cellar video , ,,,,, i'm going green ! my house is as cramped as your cellar and my tools are not even set up. We have the same bench grinders , the dual wheel and belt sander , and the mini grinder with buffer and dremmel type flexi hose

Thanks mate. I agree, it is a right bloody mess but it's impeccable compared to before! I still think I can get a pinball table and another lathe down here with a little re-organising. Whilst always keeping the space for the dart board free! The damp is a lot better now, I just need to fill the hole up with drainage...at the moment it's a big empty ditch

Yes mate, that's the one. I don't use the flexi hose much though, I've slung my corded dremel up to do that. The wheels are a real pain in the arse to get hold of I found though (for the smaller one). I had to grab 2 sets while was in the USA last! The belt sander is really useful, I couldn't be without that now. You just have to be careful not to get the metal too hot with small components.
And everyone needs a buffer. Or is that a fluffer?

Great space to create in HP! I'm on the look out for a jewelers/watchmakers lathe... that Unimat is a really once one, thanks for sharing.

Cheers mate, she's a beauty aint she?! I just sold a 2nd one I had, after I had nabbed all the best bits off it. They're awesome and the tailstock looks like a 60's ray gun.
