Knock Lock - Unlock a Door with a Secret Knock

Interesting little idea, Home-brew domestic security at it's best.

The concept should work on most single-action domestic locks, without modification to the lock.

That's pretty damn cool. You could take away the use of the key altogether, and since the handle is easily removed from the door you could take it to another room where would-be snoopers couldn't hear, and record a new knock each day. Tedious, but fun.
