Is this a foil impressioning kit?

Does this kit do foil impressioning or are they foil shims that lockies use to shim pins up.

It's a foil impressioning kit for dimple locks, heard good and bad things about em but they're pretty good overall.

That one there looks ok but I know the early one broke REAL easy. Better quality metal and they'd be ace, maybe like the one in the OP.
