Re: Dom Diamant on the trade!

just my 2 cents, but whitepicker has a track record of not describing his locks in detail. he also agreed to pay the taxes. you followed up on ur end to the T. I know you MacGyver. You are as honest as they come, but WP, ever since I first met the chap, has been a little sketchy. I say WP needs to take the hit and compromise. He is the one who has not held up his end of the deal since first describing the lock. Again, just my opinion. I know of another trade WP was involved in that left the other member very unsatisfied with a lock he received, but I'll let that member step up and share his story, if he feels inclined to. Stay strong MacGyver and let me know when u receive the lock I sent ya buddy :D

:agree:

Sorry WP, but you need to suck it up on this one... you didn't hold up your end of the deal and cost MacGyver quite a hefty sum of cash in the process. It is very unreasonable bordering on unethical to ask him for anything at this point. This point is further exacerbated in light of the fact that what was sent to him was damaged.

Agreed. After looking this over it seems pretty clear that WhitePicker acted in bad faith and MacGyver has fulfilled his part of this bargain.

MacGyver in my opinion you don't owe him a dime. About the only other thing I would do if I were in your shoes is that if he still wants them, I would re-send him his box of locks IF (and only if) he is willing to pay you in advance for the shipping cost to send it a second time. Any customs fees are his to deal with.
