Posted: Sat Oct 31, 2009 6:24 amWhat kind of lock would be good for travel by air them bastards that load the luggage like to pop locks and steal ur stuff than lock it back. Everybody please leave an opinion

Word to the wise, they don't touch the locks... you can pinch the zip and undo it with a pen cap, then reseal it. Take your valuables on board with you, among your carry-on luggage. Your suitcase is only for clothes.

The vid mick linked to doesn't work for some reason, but it's simple enough. Once the zip has been popped open, all you need to do is run the zipper along it and it will reseal again. Scary stuff, right?

I'm not sure why the link isn't working for ya? i just tried it again and it started to play. Maybe one of the computer gurus might fix it for me.

Posted: Sat Oct 31, 2009 10:12 amWhen I fly I make sure to only take as little as possible so all I take is one carry on, but I thought it was a requirement now to use TSA approved locks, if you don't you could possibly be held up at the airport. The TSA locks allow them to look for weapons and stuff, but if you put a different lock on there and they can't get into your bag then your liable to be searched in there small room!!
