Wheelpack with curb

Wheelpack from " I can't remember what safe it is from but I'll hang on to this because I may need it". I've had this for ?? years in my 'save' bucket.Three, 2 1/2" brass wheels. 1/4" thick. Curb is 3 1/4" diameter. Key changeable. $30 includes shipping to lower 48.>

Interesting, with that post there it looks like it is an S&G since they had the post there for spacers. Never seen one like this that was key changeable before though.
