WTB Electromagnet

I want to get my hands on one of those electromagnets used to lock doors. I would prefer a fail=open style. I don't need a very powerful one it is only going on the door to the basement so the nieces don't do tumbling down the stairs + it will be a fun project.

Those electric strikes, there easy to maintain, and not real hard to install, they work great. You can get a brand new Maglock from H.L. Flake for a little over a hundred dollars, at least you would know nothing was wrong with it, you would get it new, not that expensive either depending on how much you needed it.
