Re: Abloy disc detainer pick for sale!

Well he was incredibly abusive to me. Both in texts and emails, he called me a c*nt, wank*r, cheeky f*cker - all sorts and was really, really aggressive. All of this was because he sent me the wrong thing and I tried to get him to send the correct item instead. I assure you I was nothing other than very polite and at first I thought he was joking it was so bad. This was dominic Walker by the way. I asked him if he treated all of his customers like this and he just went off into another offensive rant. I can honestly say that I've never been treated so badly by anyone and this was from someone I was giving money to!!!

I'd never dream of treating a customer anything like. I'm not the only one who has had this sort of abuse from them/him either.

Well he's hardly likely to ban himself is he?! I still got the texts/emails so I could prove it if needs be. I was literally shocked.

Well I am a trading locksmith now but I definitely wasn't back then. There's not a hint of that on the website anyway, he'll sell to anyone.

How funny would it be to get him kicked out of his own organisation?!

Re: Abloy disc detainer pick for sale!

Yeah, check this email out! This came after having nasty text messages sent to me. I was going to meet him at a locksmith exhibition to swap the item I ordered that he got wrong but I missed him - he'd left by the time I rang him. So he sends me all these nasty texts and then this email!

I must stress that I'd done nothing whatsoever to antagonise him. Make your own mind up.

Wow. Simply amazing he'd speak that way to a customer.

I liked your response though. Very measured and calm in comparison to him.

Re: Abloy disc detainer pick for sale!

I have bought from them once, and never again.
I bought that Abloy pick, and the make-up-key.
The pick doesn´t work, and makeupkey broke.
Dominic´s answer to my complaint about the pick was something like: no pick works on all locks, we just opened a padlock with it today.

Cheers mate, once he'd been so insulting I had the moral high ground and was going to keep it. Besides, I'd never dream of speaking to anyone like that, let alone someone I was doing business with!

What a horrible man.
