I'm assuming you mean the first picture? (there are two that could be called yellow I guess) but the first picture is a Waltham watch, which is attached to a retractor. The crown for winding it is missing. inside it says A.W.W.Co. Waltham Mass. and the number 19944345 all on the movement. the inside of the back cover says Wadsworth Referee warranted 20 years (so it's gold filled, not solid gold) and the number 2686341 thanks and let me know if you have any interest.
