I actually have only picked it once (today I was making a marathon of all my picked locks and I managed to pop this open). I still have to make that happen again and learn how to feel it exactly.
I think the pin is on the 3rd position and it's the first to bind. I don't remember why I think it's in that position though. Maybe I just made that up...
How do they feel like?
What I noticed (or think I did) is that this padlock was really easier to overlift pins. And another padlock with standart spoorated configuration was pretty much easier. I still don't do it consistantly on those, but usually takes me about 5mins to pop it, unless I'm unlucky and it just doesn't pop on my 3rd reset
I still haven't learned exactly how they feel, so I guess I'll have to practice more.
I just found these 6 locks to be ironical
