I kinda need a new challenge..

Hey guys,

I have been picking for a while and I've gotten pretty proficient at Masterlocks and American Locks. Truth is American locks are fun to pick, but rather than having fun, I would really like to have a challenge. I was thinking of buying a couple of Medeco Biaxial mortice/rim cylinders from SecuritySnobs.com. What do you guys think?

Also I'm looking for some advice on higher tolerance locks that wont break the bank. I would really like to get my hands on a few locks that have steel pins in them as opposed to brass. I hear that these locks usually have much higher tolerances and can be a real challenge to pick. I know that Lockwoods are good for this but they are a little pricey. Any other ideas?

Happy Picking,

Yes, by all means get a Medeco Biaxial and ENTER THE CONTEST! We need more contestants!

As for locks with higher tolerances, try an Abus shrouded like a 90/50 or a good Yale or Sargent & Greenleaf padlock.

I live in the US. Near New York City I dont even know what it would cost to ship things to Australia. I would love to get my hands on a Lockwood or two though. So PM me some details and let me know what you'd like to do and see if you could find out the shipping charges.

Thanks,
