has anyone ever heard of this key? i dont have a pic yet one side says Vidmar swiss made and the other side says A9 with what i believe is a code of 1219. It looks laser cut on both sides. I will have a pic up tonite for everybody to see.

Could it ;ossibly be from a storage box ...ie: toolchest made by Stanley Vidmar?????

Stanley Vidmar Keys
Stanley Vidmar keys are nearly impossible to duplicate. The beveled straight line
exterior edges are part of the key design. The key is manufactured and imported from
Switzerland. It’s router type exterior cannot be duplicated. All keys are stamped with
the appropriate combination number. The A designation is the series number followed
by a numerical A1 through A130. These keys are available and kept in stock for easy
replacement and additional keys if needed by the customer.


Might be wrong but its a good possibility!!!! And unfortunately there is no picture that i can find of the key's.......hope it helps somehow.

THANKS BOUNCER i actually went out to the shop and found the lock thanks to the link you attached. It is for our shop tool cabinet. Originally I was going to as if anyone cared if I took the lock until I found out what it was for. Thanks again bouncer. I will still post a pic tonite of the lock and the key for everybody to see.
