Finally got it picked clockwise, took me an uncountable number of hours, and seemed a bit lucky in the end, but I’ll take it for now. Probably best to make or buy another pick than the half diamond specifically for medeco, the peak seems a little too short to manipulate the rotation consistently.

Thanks to xeo for the medeco guide, definitely helped a lot.

I push and pull the pick to rotate pins, none of my picks seem to angle well to pull on the left side. Seems to work, but pushing is definitely much harder than (I think) pulling with a more specialized tool would be.
