Resurrecting an old thread (sorry) -- I'm wondering, has anyone has seen what the 108, 110, or 111 keys look like? I'm sure they exist, but I've never seen 'em.
Howdy!

110 & 111 don't seem to exist. I think there was discussion here (this forum) about how they had planned to make them, but weren't key-retaining, so the plans were dropped.

Re: Sargent & Greenleaf Rail Road Environmental Padlock Keys

Hi, i've work lately on my Sargent padlocks Environmental and keys and i've found that the discs 2 and 4 can be reverse for make discs 3 and 1(like some Abloy discs). you'll need discs 1 and 3 for make padlocks that will work with keys 118 and 121. i've take apart my padlock 118 and it have a disc number 1, i take a disc stamped 4 and reverse it and see that it make a perfect disc number 1. i've after refill my 118 padlock with discs 0- 4-4 but i've reverse a disc number 4 for make a working 1 disc. close the padlock and it work perfectly with my key 118. after i've check my cast copy of key 121 and think that it'll work with discs 1-3- 0. i've take discs 4- 2 - 0 but i reverse the discs 2 for make a new 3 disc and after take a disc 4 reverse it for make a new disc number 1 for fill my padlock with discs 1 - 3 - 0. i close it and try my copy of key 121 and my padlock work well with the cast copy of key 121. i've also try my padlock 118 and 121 with my 3 keys 109 that i've and saw that 2 109 keys open the 118 padlock and the last one open the padlock keyed in 121. it seems that keys 109 can open padlocks 118 or 121 depending if they're worn or like new since there's not a big difference with padlock 109 (discs 2-4-0) with a padlock 118 ( discs 1-4-0). let me know what you think and if someone have a Sargent padlock 121 and can send a picture with his discs and see if they're stamped 1 - 3 - 0. Marc
