Well, I'm going to wish you good luck on finding specifics. Honestly, I don't know that you'll really find much of anything about it due to its being an el cheap-o junky wafer lock. It is most likely whatever the cabnit maker had the best deal on that day or week or month, etc...
HOWEVER, and on the bright side, due to it being a junky el cheap-o wafer lock, much if not all of the mechanism should be interchangable with most other junky el cheap-o no-name wafer locks. The cheap-o wafer plugs are a dime a dozen so to say and are ubitiquious, so replacing the plug should be a breeze even without having any real details.
