AFAIK Technical Entry is supposedly an "engineering company" and training facility for security specialists which also has a retail division. Their site is locked out unless you have credentials.

Yeah, the tool works, takes about 45-60 minutes to open the lock and is basically a form & decode type tool in which you set the lock to a known state and measure how far it opens.
The tool is no longer made, so I'm looking for anyone having the PDF instructions on using the tool, as I have lost my copy due to a hard dics failure
