Perhaps you are not using it correctly. I would also suggest not using it on locks in use because it is inevitable that you will break one.

May need a Bigger Caliber!
Just kidding, how about a photo of your pick gun and lock?
Is it a warded padlock?

Re: Cant get my pick gun to work
For some people pick guns require a lot of practice to get them to work.
There are videos and posts out there that do show how they work.
Many people have wrecked locks using them the wrong way.

Re: Cant get my pick gun to work
It's super important to have the needle level with the pins, and when it snaps, it's shouldn't be pushing the pins up, only snapping against the bottom of the pins. Search on youtube, there are a bunch of videos on this.
My experience has been that pick guns work OK on standard locks, but if there are security pins in there it's much harder.

Re: Cant get my pick gun to work
its a cqc padlock, would it work?
Re: Cant get my pick gun to work
From the videos I've seen, CQC padlocks are disk detainer locks, so a pick gun is not the correct tool for this lock.
