ITL950

ITL950

i have ITL950.it does not have a laser mode.for awhile now it jumps into a laser mode and miscuts keys.
the laser mode just cuts across keyblank.
anyone have this happen?
company is no help.they just say its out of warrenty.
i told them id pay for the help.they just wont help.thanks

Reminds me of japanese tech like the unocode first Gen machines
You Can run genericode on the 950 but is hand cranked
Unlike the unocode ..but the lines and build even down to the keypad
Are similar .

Have you tried to re calibrate or do a reset back to original setting.
It might be worth having a look under machine with cover plate removed like on the unocode
The factory restore numbers are on a sticker ..worth a look see if it's there or ask Itl for
The reset code ..and atleast see if its the same on yours ..may be out if it's got a mind of its own .

A Guy on YouTube ran is old unocode on new instacode and worked great off a tablet.
But had to do a reset as mentioned above ...due to new software possibly screwing with firmware

Many first gen machines are still going strong ..great machine if you can fix it...but you'll be on your
Own and is same as the unocodes ask mat from Silca .. No parts for them .
