Found this while trawling youtube last night, great stuff for the beginners. I enjoyed watching it, actual presentation starts about 3 minutes in:

Deviant brings up some points that I thoroughly agree with, such as the techniques for using the city rake. The gentle lifting and rocking technique he talks about has gotten me out of more than a few jams before when I was about to give up on a lock.

One thing I will say though, when he starts to talk abut plug spinners I can't say I agree with how he says to use one. He explains that you have to try and turn the plug as close to the rest position as possible without resetting the pins and spin it from there; this is how I assumed you'd have to do it when I first got one but found it very unreliable and frustrating. If you fire it from about 40-45 degrees it builds much more momentum and works every time.

He also says they take up too much space and there's no point in carrying one all the time. I mean yeah, they do, but I've made a rudimentary plug spinner out of wiper insert and elastic band which fits in a pick case and works just as well as the ICL spinner. I'll do a vid on that actually, if anyone is interested.

I agree... the rubber band trick works well with bumpkeys to flip the key round.
I always carry my flip gun with me to be fare to the guy....he not know.

I felt a little embarrassed to be carrying balls and snowmen around after watching that a while back.
