Re: Lock Slayer's Journal

Seen an ATM at the scrapyard yesterday went to grab the lock, but it was locked, went to test the wheel pack , started at 25, it unlocked when I returned to the contact area.

The face of the guy in the bobcat was priceless.

I am guessing that all numbers of the combo were set to 25 when the machine was removed from service so as to prevent anybody from getting the "areas" combination from it. This will allow the lock to open by just dialing all the wheels 1 way to the number and then back to the drop in area.

I stole that ascii art from a site and just changed the bones into picks. The text was generated with an ascii text tool. Took all of ~5 minutes total.

Re: Lock Slayer's Journal

Eagle Lock I picked today. I've owned it for a while and finally put some time into picking it. Very tight/warded keyway and from what I could feel, very high MACS.

Re: Lock Slayer's Journal

This isn't necessary a slaying, as the lock wasn't picked for the first time, but I thought it would be fun to do:

Don't have to ask. We already know. One-handed wonder is not what you are doing with the lock, but rather what he wonders you are doing with the other hand!!! :whip:
