I have an old master lock no 81 with no key, I can easily pick it, but would like to use it for practice making a bump key, I am going to hand file the key but I have no idea what dimensions to use between pins or how deep to make the cuts and I haven't been able to find too much info on the key dimensions online

Space to first cut 0.187
Spacing between cuts 0.125

What's the depth of the deepest cut? Do you know where I can find this info for other locks?

Most of this info is on the net.
Just google "masterlock key bitting"
there is a PDF- Tech Manual
